Passengers must be between the ages of 5 and 80 years old. Children under 5 and adults over 80 will not be allowed to fly. Passengers must sign a declaration form stating that they have no serious medical conditions, such as:
– Heart problems
– Knee or back surgery within the last 6 months
– Fear of heights
– Pregnancy
– Physical or mental disabilities
Children between the ages of 5 and 12 are considered minors, while passengers over 12 are considered adults.
Yes, all passengers are required to submit a copy of their ID (Passport, Emirates ID, or any government-issued ID) when making their reservation. Alternatively, you can bring the original with you on the day of your flight.
Balloon flights are typically available from September to May, though this can vary yearly. Dubai’s weather can be unpredictable, especially in early spring, but the winter months often provide ideal flying conditions. Winter flights offer clear views of the desert dunes, sunrise, distant mountains, and the Dubai skyline.
The balloon flight lasts around 1 hour, though this can vary slightly based on flying conditions. The landing location is determined by the wind direction. Our ground crew will follow the balloon and transport passengers back to the breakfast area after landing.
If the weather doesn’t permit your flight, we recommend rescheduling for the next available day to avoid missing out. If rescheduling isn’t possible, your ticket will be valid for up to one year, or you can request a full refund, subject to our cancellation policy.
All of our pilots hold a valid UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) license and have extensive flying experience with excellent safety records. We adhere to the strict safety and quality standards set by the GCAA.
You can cancel your flight through our online portal or your travel agent. Flights typically take off around 6:00 AM Dubai time, and cancellations must be made before this time.
– Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the flight: Full refund
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the flight: No refund
We have two types of balloons for shared flights: one accommodates up to 20 passengers, and the other up to 24 passengers. For private flights, we offer a smaller balloon with a capacity of 6 passengers.
We will email you by 8:00 PM the evening before your flight with details about your pick-up time, location, and flight information.
You can book your flight through our website or through a travel agent. Online bookings can be paid for via credit card or net banking.
We recommend dressing in comfortable, casual clothing and flat shoes. The temperature in the air can be cooler than on the ground, so consider bringing a light jacket or sweater.
Yes, in all our balloon flight packages, except for our Standard Package, a post-flight breakfast is included, where you can relax and enjoy a meal after the flight.
Yes, you are welcome to bring a camera or phone to capture photos of your experience. We recommend securing your devices with a wrist strap or lanyard for safety during the flight.
