Reservation and Payment
To reserve a hot air balloon tour, customers must provide full payment in advance. Reservations are confirmed only when full payment is received. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Price Change
The price for our hot air balloon tours are subject to change without notice. The tour operator reserves the right to adjust prices at any time due to changes in operational costs, taxes, or other factors beyond their control. In the event of a price increase, customers who have already booked the tour will not be affected and will be charged the original price. Customers who have not yet booked the tour will be charged the current price at the time of booking. The tour operator shall not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by customers as a result of a price change.
Refund, Cancellation and Rescheduling
- The tour operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour at any time due to weather or safety concerns.
- If the tour operator cancels the tour, customers will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- If a customer wishes to cancel or reschedule their tour, they must provide at least 24 hours’ notice (6am is our standard take-off time). If they fail to do so, they will forfeit their payment.
- Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
- All gift cards and voucher sales are final and non-refundable
Changes to itinerary
The itinerary for the hot air balloon tour is subject to change or variation due to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may arise. The pilot-in-command will make every effort to provide passengers with a safe and enjoyable experience, but reserves the right to modify the flight time, path, duration, or destination as deemed necessary. Passengers shall have no right to a refund or compensation for any changes made to the itinerary.
Changes to Pick Up Time
The pick-up time for the hot air balloon tour is subject to change due to seasonal changes, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that may arise. The tour operator will make every effort to notify customers of any changes to the pick-up time as soon as possible. Customers must be ready and waiting at the designated pick-up location at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Failure to be present at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time may result in the customer forfeiting their booking and will not be entitled to a refund or compensation. The tour operator shall not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by customers as a result of a pick-up time change.
Weather Conditions
Hot air balloon tours are subject to weather conditions. If weather conditions are not suitable for a safe and enjoyable flight, the tour may be postponed or canceled. The pilot has the final decision on whether to proceed with the flight or not. If the flight is canceled due to weather conditions, customers will be offered an alternative flight date or a full refund.
Age Restrictions
Children under the age of 5 years and adults above the age of 80 years are not permitted on our hot air balloon tours. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Safety
- The tour operator will provide safety instructions before the tour, and customers must follow all instructions given by the pilot or crew.
- Customers must be in good health and able to stand for the duration of the tour.
- Pregnant women and anyone with medical conditions that may be exacerbated by altitude shall not participate in the tour.
- We do not recommend our tour to guests who have undergone major surgery within the last 6 months or those who experience chronic back, neck pain, or injuries.
- Customers must inform the tour operator of any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect their ability to participate in the hot air balloon tour. The tour operator reserves the right to refuse customers who may pose a safety risk to themselves or others.
Alcohol and Drugs
Customers may not bring alcohol or drugs on the tour.
Any customer who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be denied boarding and forfeit their payment.
Liability
The tour operator and the pilot are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the hot air balloon tour. Customers participate in the tour at their own risk. Customers are advised to arrange their own personal accident insurance.
Insurance
The tour operator and the pilot have public liability insurance. The insurance covers the tour operator and the pilot for any damage or injury caused to third parties during the hot air balloon tour.
Photography and Video
- Customers may take photos and videos during the tour for personal use, but may not use them for commercial purposes without the express permission of the tour operator.
- The tour operator may also take photos and video during the tour for promotional purposes.
- Professional long range zoom lenses and drones are not permitted during the tour for regulatory and security reasons.

- Hot Air Balloons Operations & Maintenance LLC maintains the www.hotairballoonuae.com website.
- Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
- The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.
- If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection.
- The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
- We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED and USD.
- Hot Air Balloons Operations & Maintenance LLC will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
- Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

The tour operator reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to check the tour operator’s website for the latest terms and conditions before making a reservation
